Rockford 2020 After Grad Committee Meeting Minutes

11/13/19- Family Fare

In Attendance:

Amy Hayes/Nanci Dalton/Lynn Hammer/Annie Yakes/Sue Passarelli/Leigh Phillips/Emilee Long/Michelle Scheidmantel

-All in favor agreed Leigh Phillips will act as 2020 Finance Chair.

-Amy Hayes to contact Lenderinks Tree Farm to see if they will honor the $5 coupon to donate back to RHS After Grad.

-Lynn Hammer to check with Family Fare on the RECEIPTS donation ( if we reach a certain amount in groceries).

-Loris Boss to check the pricing on the Hypnotist. Texted her a reminder.

-Beth Legg to confirm pricing and details for the secured Destination of the party.

-Michelle will create a tentative itinerary for the evening

-Jen Lewandowski to check on bus food/dietary needs. I texted requesting this info for the 11/18 meeting.

-Emilee to research and report on Wine # of people signed up and how much we will make from the event.

-Amy to check into Fundraiser with Just Between Friends. 10 kids to work 4 hours, receive donation of $250. 10 kids to work 5 hours, receive donation of $300.
