February 17, 2020, Meeting Minutes

Present: Amy Hayes, Sue Passarelli, Anni Yakes, Lynn Hammer, Holly Bowen, Shelbi Hoffman, Nanci Dalton, Jodi Thompson, Dana White, Tracy Fales, Michelle Scheidmantel, Laura Alexander, and Julie Garrison

-Can receipts $34.10 collected. Amy has receipts to give to Leigh.

-Shelbi updating volunteer list for day of graduation. 18 bus chaperones for approx. 4pm-4am. Banding volunteers for AM 18 volunteers needed. Extra chaperones to drive themselves to destination approx. 18 more chaperones, depending on final count.

-Lynn confirmed RHS pays for half of bussing to destination so Aftergrad responsible for $690. Cover 7 busses- 47 kids on each.

-Lynn confirmed okay to eat on bus, not promoting this but will accommodate if a problem for some to eat prior to boarding.

-Spring Fling: NEED people to sign up!!! Have 55+ items for Auction. Also, utilizing a Company to offer BIG items, Aftergrad receives big portion of proceeds. No cost to us. Appetizers/cash bar. 7:00pm-10:00pm. Band will play at 7:15pm with a break for the LIVE Auction.

-Items for Aftergrad destination: Tampons/trash bags & zip lock bags for keys/phones (labels with names).

-129 Yards Signs ordered to date!!! Deadline is 2/21/2020.

-173 Registrations to date. Get them in!

-Lori- need to confirm hypnotist, may just want him for end of evening? Good points brought up. Let kids go WILD when they first get there, no planned activities for first few hours.

-Please check with all Spring coaches to see if your child will need to leave early. No transportation for these kids leaving early. Will need to be picked up or drive themselves.

-Banding will be done at Deltaplex. Plan on 60-90 minutes for this. This is done after GRAD practice at RHS.

-Aftergrad signups will be done prior to school and lunch hour for kids. Mid April for an entire week.

-Kristen: there were questions on security for pre bus boarding and the kid’s items. How that will be handled.
