December 16, 2020 Meeting Minutes

Present: Amy Hayes, Nanci Dalton, Dayna Hutchings, Emilee Long, Lynn Hammer, Beth Legg, Suzanne Parks, Sue Passarelli, Leigh Phillips, and Annie Yakes.

Registrations as of 12/16/19 were 90. That put us $706 in the negative.

Bussing is approximately $1200 to get kids to and home from the event.

Hypnotist $1750 + service fee. Plus 3 hrs of magic.

Wine Tasting volunteers made $529.93! YAY!!!!

Returnable Can donations so far $93.30.

Lenderinks Christmas Tree Fundraiser raised $255.

Spring Fling Tickets are $25pp prior to 3/14/2020 or $30pp at the door.

Rockford signs are $25 per sign which includes name. Discuss at 12/16/2020 meeting how to collect $ and track orders. Thank you Heidi!
