Entertainment: Hypnotist (Lori Boss)$1950 +$70 service fee. All in favor to proceed with deposit, once we have the funds to cover. DJ (Michelle Schmiedmantel) $600 paid in full, once we have collected the funds. All in favor to proceed.
Registrations ALL agreed to end $100 by 4/1. Any registrations following 4/1/2020 will cost $125. We will need to PROMOTE this heavily after Spring Fling. We currently have 162 paid students. In the negative $1120 and can make up with the next 63 students that sign up. (1120/$18)
Spring Fling Committee meeting in the next week to narrow down specifics. Flyer will be finalized with payment information thru Paypal or checks. The cost is $1 per extra to do so online. This will be sent out on email, Facebook, Aftergrad website and Family Access.
Schoolology will used to promote bus signups. Cut off will be May 1, 2020. There will be options to signup during lunch on many days.
Security at event Kristin is communication with Zang on requirements and details. More to follow.
Bussing is being provided by RHS for practice day off graduation 6/2/2020. Kids leave and return to highschool. More details to follow on actual graduation drop off, bussing and required leave of personal items.
Aftergrad party are lockers provided at CC’s for kids to put their phones? Beth Legg? Time of event we are tentatively planning for 10:30pm to 2:30am.
Donations Google doc was passed around and will be updated with all that signed up to secure items.
Yard Sale signs are $20 (includes name) prior to 1/31/2020 and $25 after. Orders to be submitted by 2/21/2020. Sign up on link on Facebook, website (Shelbi to add) and Amy sent to RHS to send out to ALL Rockford emails.
